I'm so happy you are curious about this journey. It has been an interesting one for myself and I love sharing what I have learned with those that feel something is missing in their lives and are looking for more.
More answers, more connection, more creativity, more awareness, more purpose, more meaning, more love, more self-compassion, more guidance, more, more, more!
We all can get stuck in lack. Get stuck in this hole, that we decorate and create a nice, cozy home in, but we know deep down, if we were to look up, there is more.
And that more, is what I am here to help you find!
But first, let me explain a little bit more about what this journey is.

Enlightenment is a Becoming.

​Becoming aware of your thoughts and feelings and how they feel within your body. In these classes, we look at patterns of behaviors and feelings, emotional regulation, core beliefs and how we define situations for ourselves, we look at our socialization process and the stages of consciousness and enlightenment. We look at all of these things because this is an inward journey of unfolding. Unfolding the unique, authentic creation that you are. This inward journey of higher consciousness, will help you climb out of the hole you sit in, to find the more, you are looking for.
